I went out for a short ride after work today. Our social mobility is being clamped down due to the Coronavirus outbreak, and riding around a neighbourhood for some exercise is a little bit of freedmen that I cherish at this present moment. I pedalled hard into the afternoon wind, and it felt good and alive again.

仕事から帰り、鞄を放り投げ、自転車に飛び乗って近所を一周。世界中の多くの街で、多くの人が、病院のベッドの上でコロナウイルスで苦しんでいる。いつ普通の生活に戻るのか分からないが、サドルの上に乗っているられる今日の自由と幸運に感謝せねばと思うと、向かい風の中を全速力でペダルをこがずにはいられなかった。
